I don't know how he knows this or if he's just pulling it out of his ass, but I found it interesting nonetheless.

If this is true, this would be about as big of a home run as you can hit. The man knows basketball, and took crappy New Jersey teams and made them compete. He could recruit with his NBA connections easily. Pearl people are going to kill me, but getting Lawerence Frank out of this would be worth the whole thing happening (barring NCAA sanctions of course).

I wish we would all hold off the coach search until our coach is fired. Unless he gets a two year ban it would be crazy to fire him. He is the basketball program.

Law, how big would getting Lawerence Frank be for the program? I think we could go next level.

Lawrence Frank would be a fantastic hire, imo. I think he's really good, and I think he'd hire an excellent staff. The only thing I'd be concerned about would be him making Tennessee a quick stop before going back to the pros.

We could make sure there is a huge, huge buyout. I still think it'd be worth the shot even if he's here for five years.

If he's in play, he'd be at the top of my list of realistic candidates. That's for sure.

Hopefully he is a better coach. Sure has the resume... I read that they share the same vocabulary/affection for the f-bomb. Keep women and children at least 10 rows back in sections 103-105 if he comes.

Nobody ever mentioned Gruden that had legit media credentials. Goodman does. However, I am cautiously pessimistic it won't happen.

I was just being sarcastic. I think O'Neill's a solid coach. Frank being one of his assistants just reinforces that.
