There's no doubt he's coaching the Rb's up. We looked good at times against the #1 defense in the nation, without our starter.

Graham and the resume and productivity sheet that proves he belongs.....could coach RB's anywhere in the country.

I think they stay not only to save a little cash but as we all know they have done a good job. We all know what could happen if CJG gets a top notch Rb recruit.

with cjg's ties to the school, and the job that he's done, i don't see how ANY new coach could get rid of him

You can keep Sal as linebackers coach. He is good at that. I think he has coached with Gruden before. Got to pay the man anyways.

There has been so much improvement from our backs and offensive line that I believe the emphasis of the offense should be shifted towards them. Let the running game become the focal point of the offensive approach and let's see if the passing attack can play off of it.

The difference in Neal, Young, and Lane from NC State to the present is unbelievable. It shows what a good teaching coach can do if an effort is made to bring him on campus.

Same applies to Pittman. They look more like a Tennessee offensive line should look.

I just wish we saw some of this from other areas of the team.

Pittman and Graham have taken the worst liability from our team and turned them into the most productive asset...showing improvement each game progressively.

Jay has not only coached his position up very well, but is a very solid recruiter.

He wants to be here. Its home to him. He would be my first hire.
