I really like this youngster. Yeah, he screwed up a few times, but nobody is perfect. Tickled he has returned for his senior year and I expect big things from him. GBO!
He has certainly had a roller coaster career. Hopefully he can cap it with a productive (and incident-free) senior year and become an NFL draft pick (for the niners maybe!!)

“Another”? When was the first one? 1990s were great, especially 1994-1998....but we weren’t the dominant team in the SEC even then.

We were pretty dominant from 1989 - 2001. 4 SEC championships a national title. 7 or 8 top 10 finishes. Destroyed Florida in 90, 92 beat in 98 and 01. 7 straight wins over bama in thi time frame. Pretty much destroyed all other SEC teams. Some might even extend through 2007 with SEC east division champs in 04 and 07. 10 wins in 03. I think that qualifies as being close to a decade or more of dominance. Outside of Bamas current run I challenge you to find many other teams with that kind of success. Even spurrier only won 4 SECs and one Natty from 1990-1999. Are you a youngster? There was also the 10 year stretch where we were dominant from 1965-1974. Of course General neyland had about 4 consecutive decades of dominance. Let’s stop pretending we have never had success. Yes we’ve had some down years in between but we ARE a storied program. We need to start thinking like this again and have a chip on our shoulders. We are a proud nation and the last 10 years have been unacceptable. As a ranting Denny Green once said we need to show the world that ‘we are who we thought we were’. I’m out and dropping the mic.

Fantastic post!! That dude KB is negative all the time, really wonder why he pretends to be a vol instead of rooting for the team he actually likes??

I think if Jennings finely tuned his WR skills, he could play in the NFL. No one doubts his competitiveness or physicality. He lacks finesse but I think with a consistent OL, JJ & Co will be tough to contain.

I'm glad he had his Aha moment here.
Last year JJ proved he can win the jump balls, this year I hope Cheney has some routes that permit the WR to catch the ball in stride for some big YAC.
