Thanks for starting this and providing these stats. Just this morning I was curious about where Jennings stood overall.

@scores4fun , could you update to show more of the leaders in front of him, so that we can see what's possible to catch (pun) in the next 2 games? It will also be nice to see the names of the great Tennessee receivers at WRU

He can realistically move into top 3 yards and TD's and 4th in receptions since bowl games count.
229 yards 3 td's and 6 catches would move him to sole possession of 3, 3, 4 Catches should happen easily TD's and yard will happen.

I still wonder what his stats look like if JG had started all year.. he was on pace for something awesome early on before the QB carousel started. IIRC when I did the math around game 4 he was on pace for around 75 catches, over 1300 yards and around 14td's (counting bowl game) He could still get close (sans catches) to those numbers with 2 monster games.

I think that the 90s vols on the lists did not get credit for the bowl game passing stats.... but regardless I hope JJ moves on up all those lists on Saturday.

Nearly 15 years later, NCAA refusing to retroactively count bowl stats remains baffling
that is correct. I think it got changed a few years after the RB from Wisconsin (Ron Dayne) broke the career rushing record in 99 there was some conversation about that back then but social media wasn't what it is now.

Let us not forget that JJ has a big hate on for Vandy. he might just super beast out on them this year. It's senior day, I'm sure everyone knows about his place on the records list. Vandy average giving up 2 passing and 2 rushing TD's a game. They seem weaker against the run than pass but not great against either. I only really see one DB on their roster that can even try to match up physically with him is Tae Daley the safety. Man I'm looking at his stats this year and he statistically has the 3rd best numbers when you take into account the type of offense and the issues he's faced. All 4 guys ahead (numbers-wise) of him play for either Bama and LSU and have substantially more targets. It will be interesting to see PFF numbers for him I'd bet he comes out maybe third in the SEC at the very lowest. The only guys in the east even close to him are Calloway and Bryan Edwards.

He will probably have a 10 year nfl career as a 2nd or 3rd receiver and special teams stud.If I was picking a team. I would definitely want him on it.

He's a > 6 foot Edelman. He's a possession receiver and he'll be where he is supposed to be and if the ball is anywhere close, he's got it.

Not gonna lie I was a little surprised at how high Gerald Jones was on the list. He was a solid player for us no doubt, I’ll always remember the “G-gun” formation. Above him, JJ will be alongside some ELITE company in Vol history. Absolutely awesome.
