Jason Shay not Tony Jones...

Did anyone notice after Bruce was ejected that in the time outs Jason Shay was doing all the coaching and Tony Jones was just shaking his head? Maybe it is not a big deal to anyone else but I feel when it is Jones time maybe he will be just the figurehead out there and it will be Shay's show. If so is that good, bad or won't matter?
