We still have a good shot at him but I wouldnt be surprised if he went to UT or Nebraska either. I'd say all are even.

Nebraska has bigger problems than UT as far as recruiting is concerned. There isn't enough talent within 700 miles of NU to compete with any of the South division. Mizzou will fade but the Big 12 North isn't close to being competitive with the South. IMO, the team headed in the right direction is Colorado. The results aren't there yet but Hawkin is building.

Colorado doesn't have a ton of talent either but has long ties to California and offers more "amenities" such as the Rockies et al to attract national recruits than any of the other North teams.

So Herbie here is full of crap. Just added Giles, and nothing on his profile, at all, about Nebraska.

One of his last updates is "what should i do!!!..." with 18 comments, a majority of them saying go to UT, with one idiot arguing SCar because Reaves just "signaled in plays"

Nice find. He has nothing about Nebraska and hasn't as far back as his history goes. His status was "what should i do?"

Also, just talking to him, and checking his profile out, he's got a lot of interest from UT fans. I'll try to find out if we've got a lead or anything on him.

Also, and on his about me, it says he's committed to Tennessee and he's in a group called Go Vols, and another for Eric Berry for Heisman.

I mean, it's nothing official, and I think the about me is old, but still.

I'll message him and try to find out some more though.

Guys, please don't bother him on facebook or myspace. That is a little ridiculous. Plus, Kentucky got into trouble for this 2 years ago.

Plus, he can say no...what a shocker, he denies being a friend with someone he doesn't know...oh the humanity!

Wow. It's amazing. A kid has a couple of positive things to say to a Nebraska reporter and all of a sudden he's a lock to go to their school.

Nebraska has 0 chance of landing Giles. It is between UT and South Carolina and the advantage is definitely ours.

He's not going to be a Cock, leave them out of the picture. It's down to Nebraska and Tennessee. Nebraska has a good line of backs right now, it wouldn't kill us to not get him. It is an even race right now and should be interesting to see what happens.
