Good film. Always fun to relive highlights. FYI, the 4:10 to about 4:30 range shows him against KY, showing us how good he can be when he slides up in the pocket and/or rolls out under pressure. Hope he works on that a lot in the off season.

Man, he got hit a lot. I think that if the new OC allows him to run a little more, he might not see as many blitzes as he has seen over the past 2 years. A quarterback that can scramble makes the defense a little more honest and more on their heels.

I wonder how many of the JG worshippers were even around when Kelly, Shuler, Manning, Martin, Clausen, and Ainge were playing? The only way any person can conceive of JG as a quality QB is if your frame of reference is Worley, Crompton, Peterman, etc. Dobbs is the only recent exception, but he played on teams that woefully underperformed.

Jarrett can freakin play. He needs to gain about 10-15 lbs this off season and start running more. He’s shown he can take hits from the way the line did not protect him- if he learns to slide he can really keep defenses on their toes. Has he had flaws this year yes but overall I’m glad he’s the guy. Let’s go JG!

Not a JG worshiper but understand that he is a good QB. I go all the way back to Condredge, I truly believe with adequate protection JG can be as good as Kelly and Ainge.

JG should be the starter. No real need to bring in a transfer. If he can’t do it.......play one of the frosh! They were recruited to play. Right?

Sorry, but I have to disagree. Both Kelly and Ainge made quick reads and got the ball in the right place most of the time. JG still has issues with making reads and progressions. I can give JG a serviceable grade...meaning if we had a dominant OL and Running game, I dont think he would lose games for us. JMHO.
