I have had a lot of text about Jared. He was hit on the top of the hand with a foul ball while catching. It broke his middle finger bone. It was an easy fix and will be good to go in 4-6 wks. Send him your love

I assume he wasn’t guarding his hand behind his back or leg and that’s why the foul ball got him? I have seen it happen way too many times.

This won't hold Jared back, it will just make him hungrier. He will come back, he will contribute, he is a team leader. He's already proved he plays thru pain. This kid checks a lot of boxes. 2023 is going to be his year.
