Janzen vs Barron

Totally legal hit.......we got hosed on that call.

Regardless of the wording of the rule, that type of hit is called a penalty every single time the past few years and had been called that way all year. You have to adjust to the way the game is called. The bigger issue is that it wasn't a catch. He didn't have control of the ball.

Just read on twitter Texans interested in JJ in 3rd or 4th rounds

I'd take him in the 3rd or 4th - Dallas fan so would love to have a safety that can cover - been awhile

at rounds 3-7 might as well take a chance on someone with as much upside as him

The answer is Mark Barron by a country mile. at least you know what your getting on and OFF the field with him, and i believe they are about even from a talent standpoint. Barron has been the far better contributor.

Eric Berry also said that Art Evans was as good as he was or something along those lines... Proof that EB was a team leader, and not necessarily an objective talent evaluator

Dallas needs to take a stab at him in the third. Morris and Janzen would be a huge upgrade to our weak secondary. Carr, Morris, and Janzen would turn a weak posistion into a strong one.

Guess we got part of our answer tonight.

Janzen was wildly athletic, but was always searching for the top ten play. If he was half as concerned with tackling, as he was trying to find his way onto sportscenter, he might have been drafted tonight too. (Regardless of leaving UT)

I'd take Barron in a heartbeat over JJ.
