I don't for a second think CLK would do that.. On the other hand, I do think some of the folks that post on here would...

Based on CLK's track record since arriving at UT, I don't believe that he would interview someone he didn't think could be an asset. His son is a great high school talent and would be a great addition to a decent recruiting class. Lets hope this weekend goes well and we have a few more commits!

Tennessee is expecting one official visitor this weekend.

Janzen Jackson, a 6-foot, 175-pound cornerback from Barbe High School in Lake Charles, La., has been committed to LSU since February. He is considered by many recruiting services as one of the best cornerback prospects in the nation.

Jackson's father, Lance Guidry, is also a candidate to join new coach Lane Kiffin's staff. Guidry is secondary coach at McNeese State.

Guidry had been defensive coordinator McNeese from 2000-04, but left after the 2004 season to become coach at Carencro High for three seasons.

Guidry was also a standout defensive back for McNeese.

My intent was to call attention to the desperation of some posters to land that next big recruit. I guess I didn't choose my words carefully. My bad...

Desperation, or greed? Seems some think the new staff should reel them all in. Personally, I hope they do.

yeah, its kinda sad. Gives me a lil humor tho. Rex, hearing anything about this kid? im guessing we are a long shot.
