Some people talk like JJ is a thug or doesnt have his head on his shoulders but I think he has cleared out all the cobb webs and is ready to look at making the NFL a serious career choice for him. He talks very highly of what CDD did for him and you can tell he truly appreciates it.

I love the quote about him demanding that the DB's will not get beat as much this year.

Stand up guy and I hope the best for him.

Got to respect people who take advantage of 2nd chances. I hope Janzen stays on the right path and realizes what football could do for him.

I think he was saying that he demands that the db's won't get beat by receivers as much this year, but I like it too.

"Other units may feel like they're the best, but we kinda partial to us."

Love it.

I agree, it's good to see him talk, and be back. Where is that clown from yesterday that thought Dooley said that Janzen is on the grass, and thought he meant weed. I heard what I heard. What a joke.

Sure are a judgmental bunch, aren't they? Of course most are so high and mighty and perfect that they have to look at everyone else's faults cause they have none of their own.....
JJ will be fine.

Guys, I've been reading your posts on here for a couple of years. Finally got some of that high speed internet, then thought I wasn't gonna get to post . It took 2 weeks to get validated. Don't know how the Gators can do it so fast!!:whistling:

just for clarification, does anyone have any insight into what exactly the "personal issues" were that he was having? just out of curiosity, it doesn't really matter because he's back thankfully, but the hush-hush-edness of it all is a little intriguing. any thoughts?

I have a feeling that Janzen is going to unlease a lot of emotions on the opposition this year!!

Like DD said, the first 28 talks didn't take, it appears the 29th did. Let's hope that is indeed the case.

Yea I just think it sends a bad signal to our new recruits when the coaches beat them. But then again maybe some of them deserve it.

Seems like he's matured alot, hope he doesn't rush too fast to the NFL. Not because we need him as much as I would rather him rep us for life and not be a Vince Young, if he does hopefully he and coach keep in touch.

I happy for the kid...sometimes few take advantage of the 2nd or 3rd chance....but KUDO's to CDD for taking the time for a kid...at large....this will go miles for new recruits parents...

We're going to have to wait for the book, after Janzen retires from The League.

That's OK with me....welcome back Janzen.
