A lot of you are saying,"he broke curfew",they reported on the sports animal with Dave hooker and John Adams , that none of the players have curfews. I know they had curfew when CPF was here but does anyone know for sure they do know with CLK? He has said before he treats his players like professionals. So if there is no curfew he really didn't break team rules , just bad judgement. Either way he is obviously having trouble with putting him self in bad situations and CLK needs to make sure that he doesn't do that again. He needs to pair him with EB to make sure he stays out of trouble.

Not trying to be a jerk. Just asking a question that seems like it's worth considering.

Let's assume the best case scenario, that Jackson was innocent of intentional involvement in the robbery attempt, had no idea it was planned and simply made a bad decision to get into the get away car.

It's been reported that a failed drug test may have been a factor in Jackson's recent suspension. Given that and the fact that weed was found in the getaway car, shouldn't Kiffin require another drug test for Jackson?

It seems to me that even if Kiffin has no curfew rules against players -- even freshmen or recently suspended ones -- being out and about so late during the week, that a drug test would be in order and would certainly help to at least tell Kiffin whether Jackson learned anything from his previous suspension or whether he continues to have no respect for team rules.

He was in a vehicle that had weed after failing a drug test just recently. He should be tested again. If he's clean, then fine, let him play Saturday. If he's not, he needs to be suspended for a little while to consider his life choices.

He needs to be suspended just for being out and around pot at 2am

If the charges were dropped, I say suspend him for the rest of the season. If he screws up again, he's off the team.

I've heard that too, but I've also heard his suspension was for a bar fight, so I dunno.

Drug test would be a sure way to know if he was smoking the herbage found, even second hand, or just made a bad choice about who to run around with that night. I'm not sure that previously failing a drug test is official or just a rumor I saw here, so I'm not going by that. A drug screening now would definitely give a clear direction as to how to deal with him.

If he broke curfew, that shows he has little to no respect for authority or team rules. He was just suspended. You would think he would be a lot more careful about his actions. Actions have consequences.

I read elsewhere on here that there is no curfew except for a Friday before the game. If this is true, there needs to be one.

Let him stay but suspend him for the rest of the year and have him prove he should be on this team and will act right..also if he screws up again..no, ands, if or buts..he is gone

It's been reported that there is no curfew mid-week, so yeah...

And again, unless you're JJ, you don't know for a fact what he knew he was in for by going out with people he may have thought of as friends.

if janzen jackson had prior knowledge that there was going to be a robbery than he shouldnt be allowed back..IMO...what say you?
