I was not advocating keeping him. Just stating that he may avoid jail time and get a second chance somewhere else.

I have not read all 30 pages so I dont know if this has been brought up. But what an example of butterfly effect. What if Kiffin had told Nuke in their talk that he could transfer and not talked him into staying. Jackson and Edwards might not have been with Nuke in that car. Maybe...

Janzen may not have ever even been at the scene of the crime. He could have been picked up later.

I don't know of too many extended stays near the hospital - it's a little rural out there. You may just want to try google maps and search hotels. Hotels along the strip may be your best option. There is one extended stay hotel called Royal E.S. south of the hospital on Alcoa Hwy (129), but I don't think it is a very nice place. Hope this helps.

young men ruining their future is the part that gets me more than anything. While we all poke fun at other schools I truly hate hearing it about any of these guys.

Wow. How ridiculous. I would about gurantee Nuke is gone, he didn't want to be here anyway though....JJ had a bright future though, that makes no sense why in the world he would want to hold someone up....According to WVLT, they held someone up with a freakin pellet gun

How about we get the actual facts BEFORE we convict these kids of a crime? I don't have a problem bouncing them out of school if it's just a simply case of a stick up. However I want to understand exactly who did what to who how & when BEFORE we start dishing out punishment.

Whether we like it or not it is a reflection on our program. Things like this are simply unacceptable.

You guys are nuts if you don't see how all three of them HAVE to be dismissed immediately.
I really wish JJ and Edwards could be Vols for three more years, but we cannot let stuff like this slide. If CLK let them play another game for UT, he'd run the risk of this program turning back into the way it was disciplined by the last regime.

I would stay at Candlewood Suites. Stayed at the one in Jacksoville for a few weeks and they were great. 865/777 0400

If all three were charged - then most likely they were all three present when the incident occurred. In cases like this, if a person is present at the scene of the arrest but can't be confirmed that they were at the scene of the crime, they will be taken in for questioning - NOT arrested/charged. That's the case in most law enforcement agencies, although it's not always what happens everywhere. I know the KPD pretty well through my own job in the same field - I'd say all three were identified by the victims/cameras at the store.

If your idiot friend committed a crime right before he came and picked you up then got pulled over and arrested, why should you pay a price?
