i agree, and whoever said meth earlier, if i had to guess, i'd think coke seeing as how rampant it is with some of the folks on campus.

Regardless, they are still accessories after the fact. Even if one of them walked in and robbed the store, the guy driving wasn't under any obligation to get away from the scene. Perhaps the third person might have a more viable excuse, but I would say two out of the three are royally screwed.

Just being involved in this is enough to remove these student athletes from the team permanently.

Can someone elighten me as to the MAX number we can sign in a year? 28, right? This is three scholarship losses at once. Ouch.

if this is true then all three should be booted. even if only one pointed the gun at someone the other two didnt stop him. they will be looking at some serious jail time.

Yep, said it a couple of times now. People are so ready to jump to conclusions. If they did something like armed robbery, no question they should be prosecuted and be removed from the team. However, people are ready to send them to Riverbend based on the word of one news report heard on the radio. Ridiculous.

I think they should be used as examples. This stuff of just getting a slap on the wrist is not the appropriate action. If guilty of the charges that is!!!! It seems that these kids need to do something stupid to get attention. Maybe that is the key to success in the NFL. Who knows???? Either way I do not know the appropriate action to take I do not know what kind of jail time this would get them. I guess all we should hope for is that the correct action is taken and these kids learn their lessons.

It is sad there aren't more Eric Berrys out there. Great talent + Great guy= no trouble.

I guess Janzen went from being a EB to a D-Mo very quickly.

I don't want this scum on our team. They've already had their fair share of boneheaded decisions off the field, but this is very, very serious.

I played college ball.....How did they get out of the dorm?...they have curfew checks and someone at the door....where did they get the gun?.....this doesnt make sense
