Janzen Jackson (merged with video)

Between Rogan, Berry and Jackson, we have an outstanding defense. A few hits like that and receivers will not want to go there!

Solid hit.

I know it happened fast and at full speed, but I would like to see him use all of that shoulder pad. I only point this out because I thought he may have been hurt on the play. I was thinking broken arm or dislocated shoulder. Still a wow hit though.

But before Jackson hit him he held the ball longer than J. Gafney did on that riduculous call that gave Florida the win in knoxville. I think he had it in the nano second range.

JJ would be getting the press Berry did his freshman year -- except Berry is on the field getting the attention.

Disagree. Jackson has missed more tackles in 3 games than Berry has his entire career in orange.

Not knocking JJ but it's true.

I've seen him whif a few. Speed at the DI level, I imagine, takes a few games to get acclimated to. He'll be OK, he's going to be a good one.

I have no doubt about JJ being a good one, but Berry is in a class by himself starting from day one.

No receiver will feel confortable catching an in the middle of the field ball the rest of the year.........alligator arms.

Berry has got to step it up. j/k a little...

This is the hit of the season.

Notice how Brandon James instinctively covers his face perhaps realizing just how embarassing this tape is going to look to him for the next say... 15-20 years.

Berry is in a league of his own and could be the best safety in the NFL when his career is over. I got a feeling we will be comparing Jackson to Deon Grant/Dale Carter for who is the second best DB we have ever had and that is not bad company.
