A part of the problem that hurts us in recruiting is lack of offensive rotation, which is a by product of us not subbing to keep up the tempo.

Mainly only play 3 WRs. However if you crack the top3 you’ll put up good numbers.

Similar with RBs we essentially swap RB1 and RB2 every other series.

So this can hurt in recruiting, but in reality the ELITE prospects should have confidence to compete and crack the top of depth chart

I think having confidence that if you start a drive, you’ll have a high percentage shot at scoring a TD would be appealing.
