I'm not disputing the chatter. I've seen it too. But you said YOU saw that some of our current players had started following him recently. That is simply not true.

Jancek has done solid work this season. I would be more than happy to keep him on board. It seems like he has learned a lot about how to be a good coordinator this season. We saw some good adjustments last night. Same goes for DeBord.

I always think we blame our coaches disproportionately. Having great players makes any coach look tremendous. Just look at Kirby smart. I'm sure that dude is no better than your run-of-the-mill solid coordinator but having stacks of 5* players makes him look amazing. Jancek has done a good job and, next year, when we have a defense laden with 4* and 5* kids he will look great.

Kyle Phillips is, gaulden is and JRM does. It's probably from when they were recruited by them but they follow him.

Ill believe it when CJJ is coaching spring ball or when UTsports.com post a new DC.

No offense to Swain but he was the same one backing up his side kick over Butch Jones hitting a player. So again I believe it when I believe it.

I think this is a good thing guys..I wanted some changes but we seem to be rolling right now lets keep the team together

Is the Shoop who was coaching defense for Penn State today against a Georgia team which is in totally disarray, and his defense could not contain them?

Certainly did not show me signs of a million dollar defense coordinator.
