"A breathalyzer test result of a 0.01 landed Florida State tailback James Wilder Jr.back in jail Friday afternoon on a charge of violation of probation.

Wilder was sentenced to six months’ probation on April 4 after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. As part of his plea, Wilder was ordered to serve nine days at a Leon County work camp.

He reported for his first work day on June 9 and was asked to take a breathalyzer. According to arrest records, Wilder's result was a 0.01 and he was dismissed from work camp.

Wilder turned himself in at the Leon County Jail at 2:25 p.m. Friday afternoon."

You have to be quite dumb to show up at a work camp with any alcohol in your system, especially dumb when the reason you are going was related to underage consumption.
