No way do I touch this guy. I really would never want a kid like this on my team but in a staff's first year? This will effect the culture they are trying to establish or at least the one I'm hoping they are trying to establish, a culture of accountability. I fully believe in second chances and I know this is a young kid but I wouldnt be blurring the lines of accountability and discipline at the beginning of a new staff.
