I have a feeling this may be the game where he puts himself on the national radar. Jalen Tabor has been talking smack all week and from I have read Hurd is laser focused for tomorrow and I think he will play like a man possessed. If the O-line can just be decent I think Hurd can carry the Vols to victory and end this damn streak.

I would pay big money to see Hurd truck Deez "nuts" Tabor right on his ass. I bet he has a stiff arm with his name on it.

I would love for Hurd to meet Tabor in the hole w/ a full head of steam just one time and we'll see how much trash Tabor talks after that.

I could definitely see Hurd being one of the guys to take over this game. Especially if we see him in the I formation and let him get a head of steam

I wish but FL will put 8 in the box to stop our run game. We need to spread the D and throw to set up our run game. Bring back the misdirection to slow the persuit. We could bust a couple of long plays in the the run game but I expect a lot of short losses as well. I like our advantage at TE,slot etc. keep their linebackers busy thinking.

I hope he crushes the gators, sees them driven before him, and hears the lamentations of their women (fans/coaches).

All this talk about getting Kamara the ball and bring in Evan Berry on offense is fine and good, but they need to get Hurd more touches in space, guaranteed to break at least one tackle

If Debord can put Hurd in the position to get some downhill running going he can really make himself stand out on the national stage. This is a huge game for him

I hope he really shines

I hope Hurd has a Travis Stephens like game against the Gators. However, I wouldnt bet on it. I think its much more likely he doesnt even break the 100 yard mark. The OL is just not good enough to give him a chance to.

Hurd runs with all heart. I expect with all the talk out there that he will give it no less than 110% in this game. He seems like a guy those doesn't want to leave Tn with never beating Fl. I hope he runs through, over, and around these guys.

I expect Hurd to come out and play well. My concern is that they will try to head shot him, especially Tabor. They tried it last year and will try again this year.
