Hurd is a very complete back IMO, good at blocking last year also.

A year ago Hurd got run over by a blitzing UtahSt guy. A year later wow! Hurd is a man!!

Jalen is a fantastic complete back. He might not have breakaway speed but with everything else he does, he's an elite NCAA back.

He must have done that multiple times. I remember seeing him do it on another play as well.

If you can remember last year against Georgia,Jalen in the backfield with a cornerback or linebacker creeping up,he motions his hand,"come on and get some of this"

Hurd is a beast. Very rarely went down on first contact while running also

after that play my reaction was "Whew!!!" because he was down at the 2 inch line but they gave him the Td probably to make up for the lame call that brought back the earlier TD caled back for a ticky tack illegal block.

Jalen is my favorite player right now. .he plays the game with an edge and looks for contact. We need more like him. I can't wait to watch him destroy defenders all season. Just hope he can stay healthy
