In retrospect, I believe that they knew they were going to lose, but he tried to get the team fired up and possibly beat us.

I never figured out why CBS put up his "TN slacking" comment twice in the game? It's obvious that he was actually talking up the Vols real ability as well as the Gators too.
Dang guys. Do some research. Tabor has plenty of barbs, but that one was a freaking compliment IMO.

Yeah it was clear his "our caliber" comment was made after a question was presented along the lines of "why does it seem TN is sandbagging their offense this year?"

Even the entire comment read didn't seem to be a big diss, more of an observation. Although, Tabor did juice up FL by considering them a high caliber D.

I like confident players, but the underlying factor is that when a person talks TOO much....that equals scared...

Let your game speak...

This is what I've been thinking about it as well. And, you know, it worked for a half. We came out super tight. I have to think some of the jabbering affected that.

Then the better team started playing like the better team and wwtmfa.

I have been a long time lurker and have really been dying to ask that question for a while now, and Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks that.

Hell, it even says "it's not what it looks like" right over the picture. On mobile the Avi is very hard to make out, just figured I'd ask

I do believe that avi used to belong to a guy here named "catbone". You do the math.

I was only being facetious

The avi is a joke meant to make you do a double take the first time you see it. It works especially well on mobile :hi:
