5* DT from the '09 class verbally committed to FSU
"First and foremost I would like to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for allowing me this opportunity and privilege in my life. I am writing this statement to inform everybody of my choice as to where I will play college football. I plan on graduating from Madison County High School in Decemberr of 2008 and enrolling at Florida State University in January of 2009. The chance to attend Florida State and play football for the Seminoles has been a lifelong dream of mine since I was a kid. The recruiting process has been fun and informative at the same time. I appreciate all the schools and coaches that have shown interest in me, but in the end, I just felt more comfortable and trust the staff at Florida State University the best. I would like to thank my mom and family for being there for me and supporting me through this, as well as my coaches, teachers, and most importantly my teammates at Madison County High School. With the recruiting out of the way, now I can turn my focus totally on helping the Cowboys repeat as the Class 2A State Champions next season. After that, I can turn my focus on helping the Seminoles get back on top of college football and putting the fear back in the spear, where it belongs.
