Clark's Fish Camp, Not just seafood, they literally have the most wild game I have ever seen on a menu. Depending on whats on special I've seen python, gator, emu etc. Just the experience is worth the trip.

Had one last weekend for the first time. A cross between old school McD’s and Wendy’s. Was good, but not super impressed.

Palm Valley Fish Camp has great seafood and usually offers a fantastic steak as a special. Awesome setting on the water

The Metro Diner on Jacksonville beach for breakfast and lunch is hard to beat.

Anyone in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach area looking for the best breakfast spot in the state should try Mrs Carolyn’s in Fernandina Beach. Phenomenal spot. Cinnamon rolls the size of your head and it only gets better from there. Always packed and not a huge place, so probably not a good choice if you’re in a hurry.

What about steak houses? I hate seafood!

It’s high-end and very expensive ($60+ for a steak), but Cowford Chophouse in downtown Jax is an incredible place for steak lovers.

That’s great to see/read. Harry’s is owned by my wife’s cousin. So is the Salt Life in Fernandina Beach.

If you want a huge breakfast try Maple St Biscuits Company. For an old fashion eggs place try Ellen's Kitchen (very cheap too). For donuts try Cinotti's Bakery.

North Beach is good. The original location is better. IMO Oceans 60 and Sliders are both better and within 50 yrds of the Fish Camp.

I was about 14 when I went there for the first time. Was happy to see it was still open when I returned back in 2014.
