Gosh it is very difficult for me to believe that we have adults in this day and time that automatically attach a stigma to any kid/person who happens to be arrested for anything. The assumption is the person is guilty and just got away with it and that's the way it is for now and ever more for them. Wow, for those of you supporting that concept, the 20th century had a country and a job for you, head of the KGB in the USSR.

For people that actually have necks and not a package of franks on the back of their heads, can you believe in the 21st century this is a concept offered up in public in the USA as reasonable? How'd you like one of those mouthbreathers sitting on your jury as an innocent person?

CLK will wish he had never let him back on the team. CNS tried to give Jimmy Johns as many chances and should have run him off on Day 1. JJ will be a cancer on the team.

Unfortunately I have to agree. Jackson has been in trouble more than anyone since he arrived in August and I believe it will just be a matter of time until he is in trouble again. Hope he proves me wrong, but I don't think he will.

I smoked, but I didn't inhale. JJ was suspended for failing a drug test. JJ was in a car with two people committing an armed robbery. JJ was in the car with a girl with weed in her pocket.???

Mark my word, this won't be the last time JJ is in trouble...

Anyone with half a brain wouldn't be riding around with that type of crowd. What will be interesting is what Kiffin will do if and when JJ screws up again.

Bear315, if you got in trouble every time you got into a car with someone who had weed in their pocket, you would probably still be sitting in a jail somewhere in BFE.

Why am I not surprised... Maybe you can provide proof that he was suspended for failing a drug test because everyone else claiming the same has failed to do so.

Have you ever been in a vehicle with someone that had weed in their pocket that you didn't know about? Don't know for sure, do ya?

JJ was in a car while 2 people tried to commit armed robbery that he was cleared of all involvement in.

Look, I think we're getting ahead of ourselves.... How do we even know JJ was in the car? What if that wasn’t even JJ, but a JJ look alike? Did they do a DNA test that PROVED, PROVED it was JJ? I mean, seriously this planet has 6,000,000,000+ people, there has to be at least 1,000 (maybe a million, we don't have PROOF that there isn't a million people that look like JJ so it's possible!) people that look just like JJ. Or how do we know the JJ look alike wasn’t sleeping during this incident? I mean it was late and he may have been sleeping and completely unaware that two occupants got out of the car with a BB gun and tried to rob 2 punks. Why wasn’t he awoken by the requests for everything they had,? Easy, they requested it very quietly, purposely not to awaken the JJ look alike. Because that's how stick ups work.... "shhhh.. hey, um, look, go ahead and give me everything you got.... cheeseburger? that's it, uh not thanks... crap Jansohn Jacksohn woke up!!" And so what, who cares that the JJ look alike interrupted the robbing, after being awoken, and said to the two offenders, "We got to go!" and then proceeded to get in the car with them and make a speedy exit. That's what you do when you catch your friends robbing someone with a handgun (the JJ look alike didn’t know it was a bb gun at the time, because remember, he didn’t know anything about this stick up, so he would have had to assume it was a real gun), you get back in the car with them, that's the safest way to prove your innocence later on, duhhhhh. So yea, just because they had marijuana on them, doesn’t necessarily mean they were going to smoke it because you don't have proof buddy.
