glad he's playing. Charges are dropped-- he's innocent, he should play. Let's move on.
Innocent? Not sure. Not guilty, yes.
Selfishly, Im glad to have him back, but come on, be realistic, he knew what was going on, he was just smart enough not to actually do it himself. I hope he uses this as a learning experience because he could be special if he puts his mind to it.
i fully support the coaches decision here. i don't care that he was hanging out with two idiots. even if he was doing something wrong, it can't be proven. the charges were dropped and if he was to be punished any further, it would just show that the coaches are too willing to bend to the mercy of the media in stead of making good judgement calls. it's kinda like the old alabubba saying: it ain't cheatin if you don't get caught!
so, you have spoken with him?

I'm not stoked about JJ playing this soon, but it's going to happen, so I might as well enjoy what he can bring to the table.
I sure hope this young man can turn things around and learn to appreciate the opportunity he has.
Word is, he has already started on the right path and is getting alot more attention/companionship from the upperclassmen. I think this was enough of a wake up call to make him realize that even the people he hangs out with are important.
