How sas he injured? I couldn't watch the second half because of family obligations.
Kept the ball for a 9 yard gain. Juked two guys out of their shoes. After being tackled, he was reaching under his shoulder pads and had to leave the game. Looked like collar bone to me.

We don't know. He looked like he was going to shake it off and run back to the huddle, but he didnt. Hope he is alright.

Collar bones are not bad injuries. I've had both a broken collar bone and an AC separation, and the AC separation hurt a lot more and took about twice as long to fully heal. Both injuries only kept me out for about 4 weeks though.

A little while after his injury we were passed on the interstate by an unmarked extended van with university tags, heading towards UT hospital and being escorted by law enforcement. They were passing traffic on the shoulder and obviously in a hurry. Couldn’t help but wonder if it was him going to get checked out. Couldn’t tell who was in the back tho. May have been unrelated.

He was about to die? They've got all the equipment they need in the locker room. I'm almost positive that was someone else in the back.

@IndianaVol followed Jackson closely in HS. Maybe he can comment on whether he was injury prone. I seem to recall him missing part of his junior year due to injury, but don’t remember any details.

You know, they do a lot more at UT than take care of near death patients. People on here wondering if he had a collar bone issue. Can they fix that at the stadium? Don’t think so man. Who said anything about being “about to die”? You saw a few words in my post and put your own definition to it. I’ve been to UT several times, never for a near death experience tho. Sheesh.

I think he was referring to them passing people on the shoulder, obviously in a hurry, escorted by law enforcement. A broken collarbone doesn't lead to that kind of transport.

Yep. And the tv announcer calling the game said: “non contact injury, maybe he turned his ankle on the cut”. 🤣🤣🤣🤣😁
