Chance hall will probably be a game time decision. I personally think he will get in the game and depending how he holds up, he will stay in.

When they were both play together they were hard to beat.


I still think losing Hall had sort of a hangover effect on the group. Hopefully they come to play ball Saturday.

Just looking at that depth chart makes me smile. The only place we are lacking is mlb.

Is it possible they sandbagged the Oline for the first 3 games? I know it sounds preposterous. But everyone on VN with any credibility has been calling for JJones.

No...it is possible that they thought that by showing up the other guys would just give up...time for our guys to show everyone that can physically dominate a defensive front...

Coleman Thomas may get Dobbs killed Saturday. He should just fall down and hope the defenders trip over top of of him.

I came home from the game Saturday and just watch the other games. Last night I reviewed the tape where we had taped it and slowed it down at times. Thomas looked the same as he did against Oklahoma when we played them there his first year. One time Jones had his guy and Thomas hit the guy on the side of the shoulder pad when Jones had him handled easily. All the while, Thomas completely turned his back on the DE and he blew into the backfield and sacked Dobbs and we had to punt and we were in Ohio territory. How he could ignore the guy just off to his right that was down in a stance to help on a double team for another down lineman. Many other times he whiffed and got Dobbs plastered even though the pass got away but still Dobbs got drilled. If we don't have Hall and he needs to play up to what he is capable of then I am really shaken in the O's ability to step up. We got to have Hall. Thomas was horrible last week when you actually concentrate just on him.

Get Coleman Thomas off the field. At this point I'm convinced he saw Butch punch Crowder and lied about it to the University and this is Butch rewarding him. Or maybe there's another reason an injured revolving door keeps starting on the O-line.

Agree. Hope it's the FL game because if Coleman Thomas is our right tackle we're toast. Guy has two bum ankles and is not made to play tackle in the first place. Man I hope Hall plays Sat!

I am going to bet this went to press before the decision on Hall to play and I bet while Thomas gets the start Hall will go in quickly at the first sign of trouble. Let Thomas heal and get Hall involved if Hall can go
