It is a good diss, I saw his player bio head say it then I was like , I swear that sumb**** went to UT!! I looked him up and sho nuff!


But Peyton proudly said he was the University of Tennessee !!

It's only respectful to represent the university that found you recruited you and gave you a chance to get into the NFL , he may have been representing his home town, we may never know but let's respect our former athletes .

Guys, i am also from Jackson, TN.. born and raised, and i remember watching Jabari play all throughout his high school career. He isn't dissing UT at all.. the guy loves his university and his state.. it's just that us people from Jackson have a strong sense of pride about our city. It's not about dissing his alma mater as much as it is about representing his hometown with pride.

I'm from Jackson also, he has always said from Jackson TN. It has nothing to do with disrespect of UT. It has to do with the pride he has for his hometown. You have no idea how much he gives back to this community. You sir are an idiot for even bringing this up.

On the local radio station, here in Nashville, 104.5, Blane Bishop is a d. j. He played safety for the Titans and Eagles for several seasons.
He said that prior to the game, each player is recorded twice. Once with their college team's name and once with their high school teams name.
It is the T.V. Network that chooses which one to play on the intro. It is NOT the players choice on which intro they play....
