JA granted temporary restraining order against NCAA eligibility rules

I think it's better for the sport if youngsters ride the bench for 2 years, with rare exceptions.

If you can't make it as a freshman backup, then spend a couple of years in juco. Transfer into the NCAA as a junior, when you are developed and ready to play.

When Joey A went from App State to UCLA, I assume he was promised NIL money. Did they still honor that amount when they brought Nico in? Did he get all of the original amount? Some?

That's not public info. We've no idea what Nico got here in the season he left nor what Joey got there.

It's none of our business what you make from any private business deals either, of course.

These aren't "public figures" and I'm told almost daily these are "just college students who enjoy playing sports while they go to school" and nothing at all like pro athletes or employees or whatever, so there's little reason we should know nor care what they make.

I don’t have to be a QB in the locker room to know I’d be upset thinking I was going to start and getting passed over.
Everyone on the team earns their starting spot. No one is entitled to a starting spot just b/c last year’s starter left. Players develop and earn playing time during practice, not live games.
