I hate to go all D4H here, but man, I'm 30 years old been watching football most of those years and I have not ever seen a football player, specifically at WR, that plays the way JJ does. Say what you want about his 40 time. I don't care. He is the ultimate 3rd down WR in my book. Just a flat out beast of a dog

I'm thinking maybe more Keenan Allen? Not a burner by any stretch but gets open and makes catches, including tough ones.
Here's an old school player Jauan Jennings reminds me of. Jauan Jennings reminds me of former Steelers and Bills wide receiver Frank Lewis who played from 1970-1983.

I agree about Jauan. Special player. I can never tell how skills will transfer to the NFL, though. You face better defenses is the main difference for a WR. Bigger faster better defensive backs. Of course you face some of them in college as well, but not in the same concentration. He has a lot of heart, a lot of drive. I think he could be a team leader for any NFL team. I hope he goes to the Chiefs. I can see them grabbing a WR in the 2nd or 3rd round.

It's going to boil down to how well he runs routes, which he seems to be pretty good at (sometimes it's hard to tell in college when talent disparity is greater). I think this is the skill that translates to the NFL the best, maybe of any skill for any position. He's not big or athletic enough to physically dominate NFL DB's, so he's going to have to have crisp route trees.
