Yeah, it's going to be really effing hot. This year marks my 20th 500, so I'm looking for something a litte extra special. The celebration starts tomorrow with Carb Day.

One of these years I am going to take a week off and go to qualifying and carb day. I want to take in everything they have going on the week leading up to the 500. I think that would be a blast.

There's nothing to do the week inbetween qualifying and the race so you're not really missing a whole lot honestly. Once upon a time, Carb Day used to be on Thursday so that might have been a little extra incentive to take a week, but not really. Last year I drove up for both. And worked inbetween.

After Hiro Matsu****a, I simply cannot take any Asian driver anywhere seriously until they prove otherwise. And even then I'm skeptical.

Don't let your bigotry get in the way. Hiro's best finish was 6th, Taku finished 3rd at Sao Paulo.

Sato started 2nd to last in that race.

That's quite a claim for that which you know very little, son.

Perhaps instead of claiming bigotry, you'll simply take a look at the facts. How many Asian drivers have won the Indy 500? Or American Open wheel titles? How many Asian Formula 1 drivers have there been who won a World Championship?

I'll wait while you find me those answers.

None. But the same can be said for a lot of countries. How many Americans have won an F1 race since 1978? A lot of nations don't have much to claim in the racing world. Simply casting aside a whole region though is foolish.

Don't call me son, boy.

No, hinting at racist overtones when facts clearly back up my points is foolish, son.

Yea, its to big of a logistical issue but would love to see 14 in both...

Me to, I was at Charlotte several years ago when he did both race. I still remember watching a helicopter land in the infield to drop Stewart off.

It's been a while since I watched Indy racing.....these new car look so different.
