I am certain he could bring in better talent than we have seen lately. However, I have heard from 2 diffferent sources that he will bring stuff that we probably don't want as well.

Thoughts?

O is not coming. He just built a huge house in Louisiana for his entire family with his buyout money from Ole Miss. If he gets a decent offer from LSU he will be a Tiger. This comes from Todd McShay on Dan Patick's radio show the other day.

Intensity is right
Player development is big, we have some underachieving D Lineman right now.
That has to change if we are going to compete with the best.

Don't know where you're getting your info, but multiple sources including Chattanooga sports radio have reported Orgeron as a Vol at the end of the season.

I hope he can put fire under their feet. I can picture him showing up as the Orange Hulk in ripped jeans and a Hulkamania tank top and tearing the shirt to threads. :chair:

Read my post again. Todd McShay from ESPN. He said he would be very surprised if Ed leaves Louisiana.
I hope he comes to UT. I'm just telling you what I heard.

Our team's off-season behavior can't get much worse than it was in the Fulmer era. The existence of the Fulmer Cup pretty much makes my argument for me. Orgeron will bring some fire that we need very much. If he comes...

Two things you can bet will happen if Coach O comes to K-town. One being a graduation rate of about 50% and recruiting violations and scandals. He is garbage and nothing else!

It will probably be a cold day in hell when Coach O is under Les Miles again.

don't kid yourself with that one. Kids are kids.

O has his own personal baggage, granted it was 16 years ago why take the chance. Hire some else

Coach O will be a huge add to our recruiting staff and may actually remove the DL from our list of worries. I say bring him on
