For those lacking couches, Salvation Army stores regularly run 1/2 off on furniture. Habitat for Humanity is another good option.

I know it amuses most, but given a call, I literally am ready for it.
No I am not an NCAA coach, never claimed to be...but I do know my strengths
I step back and watch when I can learn
I step up and teach when I can't
Holly needs help, not replaced. (Yet).

She has not had a coach who would stand up to her, while standing with her.
You have to do both as an assistant.

Many of my assistants through the years had answers when I didn't
But i had to listen

One vision means everybody with the same vision, not one vision for everybody...That is tunnel vision

I'm curious how you know, and then state as fact, that Holly "has not had a coach who would stand up to her, while standing with her" ?

Do I know this is the case,., NO!
Do I believe it is, YES
There is a distinct visual separation, in team and in staff.

I am very good at reading situations, people and body language, as I have to be to be a good coach.
Perception is reality
this is my perception
whether or not true, my reality

I go to games in person.
Sit 15 rows up
I can see the bench
I can see timeouts (when taken)

I don't watch the unicycles and dance team, I watch the huddles
As a coach
I look for actions, interactions, cross-teammate supports, one-on-one side huddles, communication between the coaches, before, during and after a timeout or break.
I concentrate on MY craft

This is what I see

So ya'll confess, how many just googled 'solipsist'? I thought it meant CJ spilled his food all over himself or something. Then after I googled I found out it means he actually thinks they might want him there tomorrow!
