How far the mighty have fallen! We are tied for dead last in the state and after todays performance we will soon take over the top spot as the worst in the state. Can you say 3-9? any team that can score 14 we're done.

MTSU - 4-6
Vandy - 5-4
Memphis - 5-5
UTC - 3-7
Vols - 3-7

Yeah, sad but true as Metallica would say. It looks like you're right, even though reading those numbers none of them look too spiffy. Not any good football being played in our state this season.

also, utc is a playoff subdivision team. if you're going to include them you might as well include tsu, austin peay, tenn tech, and utm

Well I believe the point of this post was just that UT sucks this year.

I just don't understand why some people seemingly get so much pleasure out of pointing out every negative thing possible. What a terrible way to go through life.

I stand corrected we are the 2nd worst team in the state. I apologize it was the Citadel at 3-7

We need to get pleasure out of something this season. Most of us that have been negavols since 2005 feel a little vindication. It's all we have left at this point.:blink:

It just seems that looking forward to the future would be a more productive way to do that than taking pleasure from all the pain the entire program is dealing with right now..

To each his own.

I agree, I was just being facetious. It is much more fun to think about who the next HC is than to dwell on this disaster of a season.

Don't look at the small picture G. Our goal at UT is to contend nationally. The negative comments or comparisons done by anyone allowed to respond to the threads hurts not only now but future recruiting which is the only way to ressurrect this program. Personnally the new coach needs to suspend some scholarships from current players ( quiters ) and put a team on the field with as much heart as the FANS!
