How are people to you all out in Memphis. My sister got a lot of flack from other black folks in Chicago.

We've been together since I've been 17 and it doesn't bother me..
Until I had to tell my old school grandparents at the age of 18 my black g/f was pregnant but that came out unexpectantly. People are ignorant all races so it doesn't bother me, unless you mess with my children.

You can call me whatever I don't care..

People were downright shockingly mean to my sister. It actually inspired her graduate exhibit for her mfa.

Crazy being up north I have Yankee buddies they tell me all the time people are more racist up north. But they've told me Memphis is just like that old school hate from blacks and whites.. Hard to explain it. Blacks are racist here in Memphis, I remember going into an all black church on a medical call at work and remember the preacher saying the devils are in the house it was 4 white guys helping a person who passed out.
