We have hope every year leading up to signing day...then spring practice...then the buildup of fall practice envisioning a much improved offense (Wide receiver U) and a better defense....only to have reality kick us in our nuts when the season starts. Then we look forward to next year. It's an endless cycle....

Rivals has Tennessee at 12th right now with recruiting. I wonder if by signing day we will be in the top 10. I am looking forward to the season too. Just wish it were sooner!!! GO VOLS!!!

We will be a top 10 defense and Marlin Lane is gonna breakout. Kid showed signs of being a solid back. Full offseason in the weight room for him and the 0-line means we are not just going to be one dimensional. Dooley matures as a coach, Bray becomes the leader, Hunter is uncoverable and helps keep Darick from having a meltdown, and did I mention we will FINALLY have a nasty in your face D?

A full season of Hunter/Rogers is gonna be amazing. 100 yrds a game for each in every game. :loco:

are we talking about the same sport? according to chris lowe on his espn blog today, dear ole u.t.'s recruiting is in eigth place in the sec, one spot ahead of vandy.

the only comfort i draw from this is that we probably are'nt doing anything illegal--just inept.
