It's all about this for Kiffin...

Well that was short. I think as long as he stays competitive and beats the teams he is supposed to, he will have room to grow here.

At UT hasn't it always been you have to win? Unless it's a train wreck, Kiffin will be given a realistic time frame. If he hires assistance's that can develop talent and play solid without so many mental mistakes.....I know I'll be happy. Naturally that doesn't mean he can lose to the big rivals forever.
Would I love to see a Saban type turn around.. of course. But I don't expect to see that. What I expect is at least a 6 win season next year, but also not such a let down or giving up or what the @#$% you want to call it when we are losing.

I WANT TO SEE AN ATTITUDE THAT LOSING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I'd like to see more than 6 wins. We have some decent personnel (QB?), and with some good recruiting, and good commitments already, we just need someone to put it altogether, and give them that WIN OR ELSE attitude.

Just a blog guys -- had a thought and shared it....did a basketball one, too.

I've been spilling my guts on Kiffin for darn near a month...

In Orlando for hoops. Sorry I disappointed you. I will try to do better next time!:mf_surrender:

i expect no less then 8 wins next year given the schedule and the supposed coaching staff. as long as our team comes out with a fire in their belly every game he will be given a realistic time frame.

Well, I suppose "VOL FREAK'' that I wonder if UT can keep hitting about 50-percent of its 3-pointers...

Gonzaga has more MEN than any team I've seen...they are big and very experienced and well-coached.

The BallerVols are on one heckuva roll, though, and T.Smith is one determined son-of-a-gun....likewise for street-tough B.Maze.

It's gonna be a battle...hard to predict because both teams have looked sooo good so far.

Just glad to have a chance to get to know Few better ... he is a Hall of Fame coach and a class act....I was that impressed with him at his practice.

Thanks for the feedback Griff.

I agree, the three point shooting has been a surprise and I wonder if that is going to be the rule or the exception.

I was kind of hoping that we would get Maryland since we already play Gonzaga in January, but the Zags decisively squashed that dream.

We'll learn a whole lot about Maze tomorrow night. Pargo will be the first Elite 8 quality point he's faced.
