UT has long been considered one of the premier jobs in college foootball.

I remember reading an article a few years back. It said UT was second only to Notre Dame :blink:, as the place to be a HC.

I will say that bobby johnson has improved vanderbilt as much as possible. They don't beat themselves as much as they have in the years before bobby.

Tennessee was UT when the University of Northern Mexico (Texas) was still actually a part of the map of Mexico.

In typical Commodore fashion, they blew sure victories against UT and UGA last year alone.

And this isn't the first time Johnson's been off to a good start at Vandy. He started the 05 season 4-0, and promptly lost 6 straight, starting with MTSU at home.

I like Bobby J and he will geta good job but not at UT, maybe in the ACC, if he could get a middle of the road job ther then he could dominate that conf
