I hope he didn't fall victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha...

Forgive the obvious question...but why exactly did VIA leave. If he is gone for good, that is a huge loss for this board.....and I don't exactly understand what pushed him over the "edge"....although smokey and goodolerockytop could be possible explanations.

I know...this is late...but man, if ViA is really gone that sucks!

No worries. Take a look a couple of posts above yours. There's a new VIA...he's the new writing writer. Volnation has depth...when we lose a member, we don't rebuild...we reload.

I really never saw anything that caused him to leave. :dunno: He's probably just on vacation or something.
