As long as we dont sign with UA or Russell im fine. But imo the way our basketball team has gotten in trouble lately I dont think Nike will want us. Nikes main priority is basketball imo but maybe since the girls a doing good right now it will help us out.

I support the head of the program and he says it won't happen. I don't understand how so many the pro-changers don't hear or understand that.

And none of us have anything to do with it. It's Hamilton and Kiffin. It kills me how everyone gets on here and says, "Oh yeah, it's gonna happen cause we want it to. We need a change so we can get more 5 star players and so we can win more games." Guess what... you ain't got no dog in this fight whether you think you do or not.

It is all about what company is willing to pay the Vols the most money. Adidas pays us the most, that is why we are signed with them. All you Nike supporters keep buying Nike shoes but remember, they would not pay the Vols more money then Adidas.

While we're at it with the uniform changes, can we finally make it so that the pads underneath the jersey are not visible?

A new uniform design will go a long way to helping put a stamp on this new era of ut football. Hopefully nothing too dramatic but we must return the 2 stripes to the sleeve that we wore throughout the 70's and 80's.

Adidas needs to do their job or we will end up switching to nike or under armour.

we tried it when casey clausen was here and it looked liked crap...remember the big wide stripe on the pants and shirt that didn't match. i wouldn't mind the names coming off and the black shadow around the numbers on the away uniforms coming off. orange pants with the away uniforms are cool. just my opinion!

I liked the wide stripe, if they would adjust the color to match when on that material.

That style of orange is unique to us and I like that...it does have a yellow tint to it but everyone knows that it is us. I have an authentic game jersey and I think that the orange looks good. Just my opinion but I know what you are talking about.

I have nothing against Addidas. The only thing that infuriates me is how some recruits like to factor in whether a particular school is affiliated with Addidas,Nike,etc. IMO, that shouldn't matter ,but apparently it does to some recruits. Mostly, that's a problem in basketball.

I love the orange pants on the road. I hated Fulmer's road uniforms when he had us wearing all white. There was hardly any orange in the all white uniforms except on the numbers and the little stripe on the pants.

Black was ok but i mean really...we are orange and white. Black uniforms were a nice change on a Halloween, but nothing that will ever be a permanent fixture on the hill. I doubt they are ever worn again. Gone away just like the old coaching staff.

Change uni's...only IF that means going back to the traditional Orange and white uni's of the past.

Why would UT want to 1/100 schools that change all the time. Be "different" and keep tradition. Just because everyone else does something...does not make it right!!!

I went to 5 home games this past year .One of the games was the Black Out game in which was the only game I sat in the upper deck . I had no trouble in seeing the players numbers . I just wish they would outline the numbers on the home jeresys like the away ones with black ....
