The Florida game....as usual. I know (and I think we all agree) that we have the talent to beat UF. There is talent all over the field. All we really need from the players is for Crompton to be efficient and for the front 4 to get a pass rush working. Yes, Crompton was bad, but he didn't choose to throw it 41 times when we were averaging 6 on the ground.

It all comes down to coaching. Just put the guys in the right spots. How hard could it have been for Craft on UCLA's last drive of regulation to throw against our prevent? What is Chavis thinking? The sad thing is though, he has been that way for years.

And why the hell did Clawson not run it down their throats in the second half? They were tired, the run was very affect, you have a veteran O-line (although it is overrated), and two very good backs who are a 5th year senior and a 4th year junior (if I'm not mistaken). Get the ball to Gerald Jones more often as well. Good things happen when he touches the football.

I truly hope and believe that this just might be the last hurrah for this coaching staff as a whole. If we lose to UF and have a disappointing year, something has to change. Changes that should have been made years ago. I know we can beat Florida, it all just comes down to Phillip Fulmer, John Chavis, and Dave Clawson, and I don't have much faith in them...

I know it's an important game (and I have tickets) but I'm not sure I'm going to make the drive. I used to spend hours flying in for games from the left coast but I'm just not sure this is worth it. Never thought it would happen
