Franklin HAS $35M guaranteed at Penn State. I don't think it's him because he'd be an idiot to leave that deal.

Personally, I think it's Fleck with about 25M for 5yrs + incentives.

Agree. Much smarter to gamble on a Coordinator than hire a guy who turned the Vanderbilt doormat into a respectable 9-win team, has 3 11-win seasons at Penn St, and won the conference title and coach of the year a couple years ago.
