I wonder what their argument is for being against right of return?

The issue of the Palestinian right of return has been of central importance to Palestinians and more broadly the Arab world since 1948. It is the dream of many in the Palestinian diaspora, and is present most strongly in Palestinian refugee camps. In the largest such camp in Lebanon, Ain al-Hilweh, neighborhoods are named for the Galilee towns and villages from which the original refugees came, such as Az-Zeeb, Safsaf and Hittin. Even though 97% of the camp's inhabitants have never seen the towns and villages their parents and grandparents left behind, most insist that the right of return is an inalienable right and one that they will never renounce.

UN Staffers Fired After Being Accused Of Hamas Massacre Participation, U.S. Suspends Funding​


A dozen staffers who worked for the United Nations relief agency focused on Palestinians allegedly participated in the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack in Israel.

United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini announced on Friday the employees to whom Israeli authorities provided information about their alleged involvement were terminated, and an investigation will take place.

The announcement of the investigation comes more than three months after the worst terrorist attack in Israel’s history, in which roughly 1,200 people were murdered.

There are limited details about what the 12 former UNRWA employees are accused of doing during the attack. In late November, an Israeli journalist alleged that a UNRWA teacher held one of the roughly 250 hostages in their attic. It’s unknown if the allegations that prompted the firings and ensuing investigation, as announced on Friday, involve the teacher allegation.

Good luck with all of that...I suggest those folks find another place to deem their "homeland". Especially since 97% have never actually been there yet somehow claim to be refugee.

The God of Isaac and Jacob that spoke matter into existence says that little patch of green encompassed by desert ( Irrigation!! Who knew?) belongs to the Israelites (Jews, also His "chosen people ")and that the Temple will be rebuilt (again.. dang muslims). The Lord God declared that the Holy City (Jerusalem) will NOT be destroyed until Christ Himself is here for the party to end all parties.

** ^^^ That last sentence is a cheeky little double entendre fwiw.

Do you know what right of return means in this context? It means the right of people, or their descendants, to return to property they owned and were unlawfully evicted from by Israel.
