Your question is addressed to a 'pro-hamas brigade'. So you're looking for a reply from someone who is pro hamas. Since no one who posts regularly here is pro hamas, you're probably in for a very long wait for an answer.

Then enlighten us to what "regular" Palestinians would accept for peace and giving back all the hostages long term

I understand why you feel that way and yes it is HORRIBLE what the people in Gaza are going through.
But I think if you look at it through a historical lens; you have to see that that is what happens in every war throughout history.
Yes the civilians are largely innocent but their leadership has put them in that situation. It isn’t fair; but it is inevitable.
Why should we expect Israel to fight a war without civilian casualties when no other single nation in history has been able to do so.
This is München in 1945. WE did this.
