On the track, Auburn's Shaun Shivers (10.29 100m in HS) is probably the SEC's fastest RB. On the field, Chandler (10.83 100m in HS) is plenty fast enough to excel as an SEC RB.

The fastest football player in the SEC is likely Shivers' sophomore teammate, WR Anthony Schwartz (10.07 100m in HS).

Shivers is probably the fastest RB in the nation as 10.3 is top level track fast. He's awfully small though, sort of a Trindon Holliday type.
