Is this healthy?

I am just relieved I opened this thread without seeing any redness or swelling.

it is not a disease unless you start cheering for ohio state in your new shanty. by the way, what is your dog licking in your icon?

It's a weird effect from the shadowing, but his tongue is in his mouth. He does have a Milkbone, which he most likely stole from the other dog by the following method.

"Hey, he has a bone, and I ate mine already. Hmmm.....if I go to the back door and bark, he'll think there's something out there. Then when he runs over to see what it is, I'll run back and steal his bone!"

*BARK!*

I just got my first game worn jersey last week. It's a UT hockey jersey but still counts right?

The left side of the closet is all hockey gamers.

I counted around 33, give or take.

37, to be exact. There's also a Scott Galyon in the left side of the closet that I'm trying to match to something. The nameplate is an odd rubbery material instead of the standard durene.

I've finally finished moving into a new place, and one of the luxuries is that I can now hang all my game jerseys in one place. I put all the UT gamers in one side of a closet. My wife swears this has to be a sickness of some sort, so I figured I'd ask.....is this healthy?

At least if we ever have a road game against Ohio St. and our jerseys get accidentally left behind, they'll know where to go. :p

When I get some more money on my debit card I'm going to have to order a jersey and a couple of sweaters. All they sell around here are those ugly crimson/grey and purple/gold jerseys.

I can imagine that.

"Whoa, it's retro day here in Columbus! The captains come out for the coin toss; Tennessee's captains are Chad Clifton, Kevin Mays, Mose Phillips, and Shaun Ellis. Mercedes Hamilton will be making his first start after a 20-year layoff from football...."

That actually happend to Virginia Tech last year. Their QB and a couple other guys jerseys were left behind and they had to borrow a couple from their opponent to play the game. I can't remember who they were playing that game. Shawn Glennon's Jersey was like 3 sizes to small. It was hilarious!

This would be highly amusing, until you realize that there is no way your jerseys will fit over the frames of our huge athletes + their pads.

I'm thinking Georgia Tech also. I thought it was pretty funny when I found out what happened.

They once did, and I'm sure they could again.

In the case of the Mays jersey, it has his zipper customization; there are two zippers that run down the middle of both sides through the spandex. It'd be a lot more comfortable to sort of lay the jersey over the pads and then zip the sides up, rather than using two teammates to help.

It was GT….the VT players wrote their names on the back of the GT jerseys with a Sharpie & taped over the GT symbol on the front…pretty funny stuff!
