Totally sux for Cam. I feel terrible for him. At least we have some depth at cornerback.

I had a conflict and didn't get to see the game yesterday. How did Jumper do? Did any others play the middle linebacker position.

As great as Sutton is, assuming Kamara can handle punts, the Kirkland loss may hurt more against Florida.

He didn't look like a world beater, but he didn't do horrible either. He looked lost on some plays, but had a few tackles as well. He's definitely no DK.

Jumper seems to be figuring out his role, which is basically the brains of the operation. More than once he seemed to be just trying to contain the ball carrier until help could arrive. Not exactly what you want to see from a LB but it's better than him being totally lost.

Yeah that was my observation as well.

Yeah that won't work next week. He was still for the most part 2 steps behind everyone.

To answer the OP, that would be best case. I get the feeling Lewis might be out a little longer, but the rest of that group will probably be back. Corner depth was scary thin this week after Cam went down. Will be glad to have Foreman back to help at nickel and corner and Martin feeling better as well. That's my biggest concern for UF honestly.

I thought he played pretty good....at least to his talent level. He was, for the most part, where he was supposed to be.

SUtton and Kirkland are huge losses, Kirkland even more but we will be fine in the secondary. Lewis is a solid player but we have more talent behind him and he was going to get passed on the depth chart this year regardless. JRM is the big one, we need him, but McDowell has played well enough to beat Florida. Just can't afford another injury at linebacker.

Except the touchdown they scored when he bit on the play fake bad and let the receiver go by untouched.

I hope there is a good Chance we get Hall back for this game. He can really help our weakest area right now.

Granted basically the entire secondary bit hard on that fake. Also only the coaches and the D players can tell us who had that WR as an assignment that play.

One guy didn't not make us look good/also one guy didn't make us look bad. Once this team starts playing like they should, they will improve greatly!
