What on Gods Green earth has shown you that? We all just witnessed 2 debacles. One against a very very average pedestrian BYU team and the other against a cellar dweller team in Georgia State. What 3 or 4 could come so easily a nun could win us? Id like to see this explanation lol.

Even now this team goes at least 6-6 probably 7-5 but JG needs to figure it out starting in the Swamp.

It’s certainly a 1-4 win season......no more. Probably somewhere in between, I’ll say 2, if some how Tennessee shocks maybe Vandy then 3.

UAB will not be easy, and everyone in the SEC is at least as good as the two Tennessee has already played.

I don’t think anyone expected UT to start 0-2. But with that, here’s what I think UT will do going forward:

- Chattanooga - Win
- Florida - Loss
- Georgia - Loss
- Miss State - Loss
- Alabama - Loss
- South Carolina - Loss
- UAB - Win
- Kentucky - Win
- Missouri - Loss
- Vandy - Win

That’s 4-8. I was tempted to pick a win versus Miss State and SC but I just think both of those teams are still just a little too big and physical on the lines of scrimmage. I was also back and forth on Kentucky, but gave UT a win there.

Well .... You make a good point. I think we get Ws in games W/ UTC and UAB and trip up some SEC team for a W. You have to admit that any above average High School coach in the country could take this team at the start of fall camp and get three wins with this years schedule

Keep telling yourself that....I am not buying it for ONE SECOND. We may win 2 games....may. Sad at how far we've fallen. We are worse than Vandy.

Do you think BYU would beat KY/Vandy/UAB? I do and that’s doesn’t look good for us. Worst TN team and coach of all time. He’s going to own all the worst records by the end of the year.

I feel confident (if that's even possible) right now with wins over Chattanooga, UAB and maybe UK. I don't see us beating Vandy :mad:

If Pruitt pulls off a miracle and gets this team performing well, maybe we win 5.

Tough to see a path to a bowl game, though. It would require us to beat 4 SEC teams, on top of a win over UAB (which isn't a gimme!).

BYU would beat Vandy and UAB yes, Kentucky no.

All but one breakdown in coverage last week, and UT wins by the margin projected. Huge improvement between the first and second games. IF we continue to improve like that and don't get too down on ourselves after four straight beat downs, we could win three or even four of the remaining five games. After watching Missouri this week, we have little or no chance of beating them. If like last year, the team quits, we could end up as many here are predicting, with two wins.

UAB is a much better team than UTC...It very well could be a 1 win season with UTC being the only win but even that is not a given.

I think 2 wins tops. They will beat chattanooga and uab. We go winless in the sec and have a new worst season of all time.

Until I see a win, I'm thinking we may have a perfect season. 0-12... And I will watch each and every game.

And several have or are saying regardless if it’s 0-12 , 1-11, or whatever that Phil ain’t gonna fire him. BS!!!! Watch this base come UNGLUED if we are 1-11 or 2-10 and Pruitt isn’t fired....
