Does anyone know if there is a video of CJP meeting with the team? I remember seeing one when Butch was hired.

I was wondering the same thing.

Same time, marketing dept. doesn't seem to be the same caliber that it was 4-5 years ago. Still great, just not same caliber.

I agree now that you say that. It was quality content back then every week it seemed.

I was hoping to see a behind the scenes video of Pruitt like they did for Butch

Could just be that CJP isn't as fond of the cameras as our former HC was.

I still think CBJ lost the locker room mid season 2016. Never recovered. Think there is talent on this team. Would love to see some great sideline coaching in close games next season. Even with the lack of development, with no lost locker room and with decent in game coaching, they could have won 7-8 this year.

To be fair, we were headed in the right direction for 2 1/2 years. Then, Butch hit his ceiling, hard, and it was exasperated by the worst rash of injuries I’ve ever seen on any team in any sport.

You wonder how much the Hurd issue played a part. Everything was rolling until the USCe game when the Hurd stuff started becoming a major issue.

Also we can blame whoever but the crazy amount of injuries waa obviously a factor.

Also, his stupid ass offense.

Jones relied on hype. It kept him employed for 5 yrs. Hopefully, Pruitt will rely on performance and be employed for many years!

In reality, team meetings should be for the team. Publicity stunts are not team activities except on Saturday game days!

Inside the five yard line at Georgia.. Jalen got the wheels knocked off. I have said it before that something happened that game that changed everything. If you look at the timeline of that team you will see that that game is when it started. I believe JH quiting or being kicked off by his peers was a pivotal moment that divided a young locker room.

I disagree. We underachieved that entire 2016 season. Even when we were 5-0 we looked like ****. The suckiness started with the App state game. That game told me Butch wasn’t gonna make it here. Opening day, first time ranked in the top 10 in forever, and you go out and lay an egg. Should of lost that game. Should of lost 3 games before the A&M game, but Butch was sooooooo damn lucky, fooor sooooo damn long. That luck stoped immediately after the Georgia Tech game this year, if you think about it most of Butch’s big time wins and losses came down to luck. Butch just wasn’t a good enough coach to make his own.

It's true that some people from the last regime have left the creative department, that being said the sheer amount of content that was put out when Butch first arrived only for him to subsequently fail and get fired has them in wait and see mode this time around, imo. It was a little much. JP also doesn't really seem like the kind of fella who micromanages the production of sizzle reels.
